The VC999 tray denester TD60 for prefabricated trays is designed as an add-on for the single-conveyor VC999 TS2000 and VC999 TS2500 inline tray sealing machines. It can destack up to 60 trays per minute.  

The trays are loaded into a hopper; individually removed by a vacuum plate and subsequently placed onto a conveyor belt. Alternating between two separation slides ensures that the trays are separated and the hopper is continuously refilled with trays.  

The TD60 has two parallel hoppers in which trays can be stacked up to one meter in length.   

The VC999 TD60 can be integrated into production lines and has respective inputs and outputs in the PLC (integration in an Emergency Stop circuit, reception of external start and stop signals, output of a ready-for-operation signal, etc.).
