What is DreamSteam?

The microwavable valve package makes it possible to steam cook meals containing both raw and pre-cooked ingredients within a few minutes.

Production processes:

1. Preparation of plates or trays with individual “Cook & Chill” ingredients (completely pre-cooked).
2. Preparation with combined “Cook & Chill” and raw ingredients (mixed concept).
3. Preparation with frozen ingredients.
4. Filling of hot foodstuffs (hot filling).

 

Tray sealing machine process

A peelable lid film with valve is placed into the tool with the tray. Vacuuming – Gas flushing – Sealing occurs automatically.
