Cost-effective shrinking of large production volumes

VC999 showcases the new shrink tunnel VC999 ST2. The VC999 ST2 shrink tunnel is a fully automatic in-line spray tunnel. A hot water cascade is used to shrink the packaging. The continuous throughput enables the cost-effective shrinking of large production volumes. The conveyor speed is adjustable. The combination of the VC999 ST2 with the fully automated conveyorized chamber machines VC999 K8 or K7 creates perfect chamber shrink lines for all industrial needs.

The VC999 ST2 does not require compressed air, thus enabling energy-saving operation. The stainless steel construction, Cr/Ni 1.4301 (AISI 304) with its high-quality insulation prevents heat loss. The photocell detection enables an economic shower process. The VC999 ST2 offers either electrical or steam heating. The programming of the VC999 ST2 is very user-friendly by use of touch screen display with pictograms. An automatic error diagnostic, as well as an automatic water temperature control and a dry run security are integrated.
