Features of the 85.47i
A dipping mechanism lowers the product gently into the water bath and, after a programmable dwell time, lifts it out again.
The dipping cycle starts automatically as soon as the product is detected by the light barrier. This allows a fast and simple throughput.
The non-rusting, double-wall chrome steel housing with welded insulation material ensures excellent heat insulation – minimum energy losses!
After filling, the water consumption remains constantly low.
The interior is easy to access for cleaning and maintenance by hinging up the dipping platform.
Efficient in every respect thanks to the fully automated process, heat-insulating water tank and timer function for the automatic heating.
Heating is only possible when the heating element is fully engulfed by water. Fire protection and wear minimization are thus ensured.
The vapor extraction can be adjusted so that the vapor is captured in a targeted manner without uncontrolled escape or excessive extraction.
The shrink tank can also be used in continuous operation. With this setting, the internal conveyor belt transports the dry product through without a dipping cycle.
