We have validated the following peelable materials, which are produced in the cleanroom, together with our C6 vacuum chamber machine and our R2 continuous sealing machine.
Paper/film packaging
Ideal for lightweight and price-sensitive products that need no special protection. These packaging types are validated for EO and gamma sterilization and offer a shelf life of up to 10 years.
Tyvek®/film packaging
Thanks to the high strength of Tyvek®, these packaging types are particularly suitable for implants. They can be opened easily without creating particles and are validated for both gamma sterilization (shelf life up to 10 years) and EO sterilization (shelf life up to 7 years).
PA/PE packaging
These transparent, vacuumable bags are ideal for pointed and heavy items and are also suitable for nitrogen gassing. They are validated for gamma sterilization with a shelf life of up to 10 years.
Apart from these, we offer many more materials such as non-peelable bags or bags made of stronger materials, bags made of PE mono, bags with an aluminum layer or special versions such as stand-up pouches or bags with a zip closure.

- flat bags made of Tyvek® / PET-PE film with PEEL, chevron seam and thumb cut
- flat bags made of paper / PET-PE film with PEEL, chevron seam and thumb cut
- flat bags made of PA/PE film with PEEL, chevron seam and thumb cut
