In order to minimize your requalification costs for several different machines, we have developed our C6 machine, which handles virtually all applications, whether large numbers of items, long or high articles or nitrogen gassing. If needed, the necessary data can be transmitted to your own operating system for the data backup.
The design deliberately avoids corners and notches where dirt can accumulate. The construction enables quick and easy cleaning and conforms to the strictest hygienic regulations.
The lid is automatic as standard. It opens and closes without manual assistance. The lid closes automatically and the machine starts the packaging process. The lid also opens automatically. This saves a work step and the weight of the lid does not have to be lifted by hand.
USB port for recipe management directly on the sturdy control panel with touchscreen.
The soft pre-ventilation prevents the bag film from abruptly contacting the product, thus ensuring homogeneous packaging with reduced creasing that is gentle on the product. This enables the effortless packaging of sharp-edged and pointed products without damaging the bag material.
The sturdy touchscreen control panel impresses with a pleasant operating height, an intuitive user interface, a USB port for recipe management as well as password protection for increased security.

VC999 Medical has validated a process that includes the machine, packaging material and its validation. This validated process can be adopted directly by you and allows you to quickly implement a flexible, cost-optimized medical packaging solution. And all of this is "state of the art" with a shelf life of up to 10 years and for the commonest materials such as PA/PE, Tyvek® and paper/film.
The welding strips in the lid are fastened by means of plug connections (click-and-go strips) and can be installed and removed without tools. This user and service-friendly construction makes do without bothersome cables and is just as easy to clean as the other surfaces.
Top re-gassing values thanks to 99.9% vacuum
No external cooling system is required. Overheating is not possible and energy is saved.

VC999 machines are also available with MAP. The protective gas option MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) is particularly suitable for pressure-sensitive or pointed products.

The following economic and ecological benefits result from an outsourced pump:
- Reduction of noise emissions in the production area, which means pleasant working conditions for the user.
- The waste heat from the pump is outsourced. The heat is emitted, for example, in the plant room and not in the cooled working area. Costs are saved by lower energy consumption.
- No unpleasant odors at the workplace.
- Maintenance is not carried out in the hygienic working area. Improved hygiene during maintenance. Oil and oil filter changes can take place in the adjoining room and therefore do not affect the hygienic working area.
