    Privacy policy

    The protection of your personal data is important to us. You can expect us to treat your data sensitively and with care and to ensure high data security.
    This privacy policy applies to personal data that we have received from natural persons via different sources (websites, mobile apps, social media, customers, suppliers, business partners).
    We collect, store and process your personal data – i.e. data relating to you – for the purpose of providing our services, for the development and maintenance of the customer relationship, for guaranteeing a high quality of service, for the security of operations and infrastructure, for invoicing and for marketing purposes. We store and process personal data in our own computing centers in Switzerland.

    We process personal data in order to fulfill our contractual performance obligations and to guarantee a high quality of service, for invoicing, for the maintenance of our customer relationship, to further develop our services, to guarantee the security of the company and infrastructure and to contact you. The data concerned is the data of our customers, suppliers, prospective customers and their employees. Furthermore, we store information about potential suppliers, potential customers, promoters and other business partners on the basis of our economic interests. The information is stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM system") and, depending on the order, in our order data processing ("ERP system") and accounting systems.
    The purposes of the data processing include customer acquisition, e.g. for the purpose of making contact, the maintenance of our relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners, the provision of contractual performances, the provision of maintenance and support services, and invoicing for our performances.
    The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfillment of a contract, whose contracting partner is you, or the execution of precontractual measures. If we store the data on account of a contractual relationship with you, these data will remain stored for at least as long as the contractual relationship exists and at the most for as long as periods of limitation for possible claims on our part are running or legal or contractual retention periods exist.

    We will only pass on your personal data if you have expressly consented to this, if we are obliged by law to do so or if it is necessary within the scope of your use of the website or for the provision of any services requested by you.

By applying, you grant us the right to store these documents for the period of time required to find a suitable candidate. Subsequently, the data will be deleted.
