Features of the ST2
The hot water shower ensures that the product is bathed well, thus gently achieving optimum shrinkage results.
Advantages:
- Bathing with minimum water consumption (thin water curtain), thus ensuring a gentler heating effect.
- The products retain their position and come out exactly as they went in. This is particularly important, for example, after thermoforming or with subsequent automated robot processing.
The shower cycle starts automatically as soon as the product is detected by the light barrier. This allows a fast and simple throughput.
In accordance with the needs of the product, it is possible to regulate the throughput speed and control the temperature of the hot water curtain.
Efficient in every respect thanks to the fully automated process, heat-insulating water tank and timer function for the automatic heating.
Heating is only possible when the heating element is fully engulfed by water. Fire protection and wear minimization are thus ensured.
The shrink tunnel features automatic error detection including a digital error display with corresponding coding, which eliminates the need for manual cause identification.
The display control and the colored buttons are easy to operate and enable visual monitoring and permanent access control.
Depending on the desired operating side in a shrink line, the throughput direction of the conveyor belt can be set to left-sided or right-sided.
The vapor extraction can be adjusted so that the vapor is captured in a targeted manner without uncontrolled escape or excessive extraction.
The interior is easy to access for cleaning or maintenance by swinging open the front doors as well as the possibility to remove the conveying unit. Our Customer Service will accompany and support you at all times over the entire service life of the machine.
The shrink tunnel can also be used in continuous operation. With this setting, the internal conveyor belt transports the product through dry without a shower function.
For optimum work preparation, the timer function automatically heats the water bath and regulates the water level.
