Features of the ST3
A dipping mechanism lowers the product gently into the water bath and, after a programmable dwell time, lifts it out again.
The dipping cycle starts automatically as soon as the product is detected by the light barrier. This allows a fast and simple throughput.
Heating is only possible when the heating element is fully engulfed by water. Fire protection and wear minimization are thus ensured.
The display control is simple to operate and enables visual monitoring and permanent access control.
The shrink tank can also be used in continuous operation. With this setting, the internal conveyor belt transports the dry product through without a dipping cycle.
For optimum work preparation, the timer function automatically heats the water bath and regulates the water level.
The steam is only extracted outside of the process chamber, making optimum use of energy possible. The non-rusting, double-wall chrome steel housing ensures excellent heat insulation – minimum energy losses!
Easy access via the tub door, which has no threshold, enables the best possible cleaning of the high-pressure-resistant process chamber. The optimized tub geometry guarantees optimum drainage.
