Thermoformed films are individual and both customer- and product-specific. We offer suitable films in the most diverse materials – be it for hard or soft gassed packaging, vacuum packaging, shrink packaging or skin packaging such as boardskin.
With a wide selection of thicknesses and widths, we will find the perfect solution for your product. On request, we supply bottom films in numerous colors and offer top films with individual printing to give your packaging a unique design.
Suitable for:
Top and bottom films for vacuum packaging or soft gassed packaging:
- PA/PE (medium barrier)
- PA/EVOH/PE (high barrier)
- PP-EVOH-PE, PE-EVOH-PE (improved recyclability)
- pasteurizable / sterilizable films (e.g. PA/PP)
- various thickness from 50 µm
Top films for hard gassed packaging (and in certain cases for soft gassed packaging):
Bottom films for hard gassed packaging:
- PET/PE (good barrier) from 180 µm
- PET/PE-EVOH-PE (high barrier)
- PET mono with or without EVOH (recyclable)
- PP mono with or without EVOH (recyclable)
- Foamed PET
- with or without PEEL
- pasteurizable / sterilizable films
- stiff cardboard bottom film for boardskin with barrier coating (for separate disposal / can be printed on)
- elastic cardboard bottom film with barrier coating (for separate disposal / can be printed on / can be thermoformed 20 - 30 mm)
- elastic cardboard bottom film, plastic-free with barrier (can be thermoformed 20 – 30 mm)
- made of PLA or other bioplastics (compostable)
Shrink films:
- with EVOH or made of PA/PE
- numerous thicknesses between 35 µm and 100 µm
- shrink films for gas-producing cheeses
- boil-proof shrink films
With standard print or colored:
- dyed in various colors
- metalized
- printed with paper feel
- coated with a nonwoven
- cardboard bottom film with print
