Features of the TR2S
The product is blown dry with a powerful air jet from above by an air knife and from below by air nozzles. This air technology automatically adapts itself to the product contour.
Drying enables direct labeling and packaging in cartons for onward transport.
The air flow rate and the belt speed can be regulated manually and individually according to the product requirements.
The dryer features automatic error detection, including a digital error display with corresponding coding. Manual cause identification is unnecessary.
The display control is simple to operate and enables visual monitoring and permanent access control.
The interior is easy to access for cleaning or maintenance by swinging open the front doors as well as the possibility to remove the conveying unit.
The dryer can also be used without a drying process by employing the conveyor belt only for product throughput.
Depending on the desired operating side in a shrink line, the throughput direction of the conveyor belt can be set to left-sided or right-sided.
