The K7S control captivates with its compact construction, numerous interfaces and protocol options, which offer high flexibility. In addition, the K7S impresses with a new user-friendly operating concept. 

Quick mode for simplified operation – everything at a glance
A particular highlight of the new control is the quick-mode, which displays the most important functions clearly on a single screen. All relevant production data is available at a glance and, thanks to the favorites list, four preferred recipes can be displayed directly. This enables much quicker operation and increases the efficiency of the production process. 

Simple transition for existing customers 
Do you already own a VC999 vacuum chamber belt machine? Then you can benefit immediately from the new control – the operating concept is identical to that of the other VC999 machines. This means you can dispense with time-consuming learning and familiarizing yourself with the new user interface. 

OPC UA interface for simple evaluation of the key production figures
The OPC UA interface can be integrated as an option – a high-performance data analysis system based on the Weihenstephan standards. Via this interface you can retrieve important key production figures, such as job data and machine status as well as error and warning messages. The evaluation of this data is considerably simplified as a result and can be displayed quickly and clearly.
